Itinerary

A wonderful hiking route with an easy to moderate degree of difficulty, a total distance of 10 kilometers and an altitude difference of 540 meters, rich in natural beauty and impressive views. The route starts from the parking area of the Mpafi Mountain Refuge, where we are immediately faced with a pleasant hike through the dense fir forest of Mount Parnitha. The environment offers coolness and unique shadow changes throughout the route. During the hike, we will encounter three scenic springs, adding a sense of natural harmony to our journey. The stunning views along the route, as well as from the E.DAS.A. fire station, give a panoramic horizon that includes the Argosaronic Gulf, Evia, and the rest of central Greece.

A notable stop is made at Mola, an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and recharge your batteries. The end of the route brings us back to Mpafi Mountain Refuge, completing an unforgettable experience of rich nature and adventure.
