Itinerary

Out hike starts from Pertouli Ski Center, heading through the grass lands into the forest of Koziakas mountain. We reach Koziakas refuge, where we can rest outside or inside if it open. Then we are heading for the highest peak of Koziakas Mt. (Chatzipetrou peak 1901m). From the peak we can see, Meteora, Plastiras Lake, Agrafa, Olympus mt and Tzoumerka.

The program of the two-day hike is the same as the daily hike, with the difference that, on the first day, we will spend the night at the wonderful and welcoming shelter of Koziakas, which was renovated in 2013.

Our climb to the peak of Koziakas will take place the next day where we will then return to the starting point.
